Train the community-based distributor to provide the service provides guidance on selection criteria for choosing community health workers (CHWs), designing a training curriculum appropriate for CHWs’ level of knowledge and experience, and ensuring the training effectively prepares CHWs to provide injectable contraceptives. This section includes a sample curricula that program managers can adapt and tools for trainees such as job aids and checklists.
