WHO Guidance Statement: Women at high risk of HIV and women living with HIV can safely use hormonal contraception
The World Health Organization (WHO) released a statement in October 2015 upholding guidance that women at high risk of HIV or living with HIV can safely use hormonal contraceptives, including injectables, to prevent pregnancy.
