Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) affect large numbers of people and exact a huge toll on health, and a countrys' well-being. The prevalence of NCDs is related to unhealthy behaviors and practices typically initiated in adolescence, unhealthy behaviors among young people, especially the vulnerbale VYAs, will have a direct effect on their risk of developing NCDs later in life. Building a healthier future depends on effective interventions during this critical window of opportunity.
