Addressing the Risk and Protective Factors in Young People's Lives

Young people bear significant burdens of poor sexual and reproductive health outcomes, including early marriage and childbearing, unmet need for family planning, maternal disability and death, and higher HIV prevalence. However, investments in young people's sexual and reproductive health can empower them to stay healthy and take advantage of education and employment opportunities throughout their lives.
